New Tool for Deepwater Engineering: New-Generation Intelligent Offshore Container

The new-generation intelligent offshore container integrates Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence and lightweight material technologies, filling the gap in the domestic high-end market and serving deepwater resource development and offshore wind farm operation and maintenance.

Made of carbon fiber composite material, this offshore container is 40% lighter in weight while its strength is 25% higher. It can withstand extreme environments with a service life of more than 20 years. Equipped with multiple sensors and edge computing modules, it can monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration and other parameters in real time, supporting remote early warning and automatic regulation. AI image recognition enables automatic inventory counting with an accuracy rate of over 99.5%. It is fitted with an adaptive balancing base and modular interfaces, adapting to complex operating scenarios and supporting functional expansion.

The product has obtained CCS and ABS certifications and can be used for oil and gas equipment storage, wind power operation and maintenance, emergency rescue and marine scientific research, significantly improving operational safety and efficiency, and driving the upgrading of marine equipment.
