Fire rating A60 applied to wall, roof, floor, access door, hatch, window.

Three (3) coat marine painting

Container outline dimension: L2991x W2438x H2896mm, Gross weight about 10 Tons; 4x Padeye and 8x ISO corner.

Architectural

1x A60 outward personal door(2000x 800) with door closer and view window, with panic bar for escape.

1x Air-lock incorporating internal B15 door with door closer.

2x S6*1 and 3x S4*1 MCT for cables and AC copper pipe entries of cabin built

Recess areas will be formed to fix all technical hook-up connections（such as JBs) and outside unit of AC.

1x Step ladder facility to safely access the rooftop

A60 rated rock wool insulation will be applied to inside walls, roofs; Steel floor A60 deck covering, then non-slip PVC flooring. B15 rated marine paneling system will be utilized for the wall lining, internal partitions and ceiling.

2x Earth boss, fixed diagonally at the two ends of container.

Electrical

Acceptable Main and emergency power input 200 to 240V single phase or 2P, 60Hz.

2x Ex rated hook-up isolator safety switches for the input of main power and emergency power.

2x Ex rated Junction for Signal and PA loudspeaker,LAN, Telephone hook-up. One 8-port Ex-relay builted in LAN JB for shutdown network signal in emergency situation.

1x Non-Ex Power Distribution board c/w breakers and other components, for room lighting, power sockets and HVAC power supply.

1x Non-Ex Fluorescent light 220V 2x36W fixed at the ceiling. 1x light switch control.

2x Ex emergency light fitting fixed in airlock and above escape hatch. The emergency light Zone 1 Exapproved and light fittings with integral battery and battery capacity for at least 60 min. shall be used.

3x 230V 13A UK twin-gang type socket.

Cables: Minimum of flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-22 Cable containment: Cables installed within cable trucking or clipped on stainless steel perforated plate.

Fire & Gas System

1x Ex rated CPFG panel, the system is prepared for fitting total 3 CH4 sensors and 1 H2S sensor, but the real installation detector is selective. The CPFG for controlling the purge, pressurization and shut down of the cabin, the system also incorporate the air pressure, fire and gas monitoring and alarms.

2x Ex rated smoke detector, 1x Ex rated heat detector and 1 x Ex rated manual call point.

2x Ex rated CH4 Gas detector, fixed at air inlet and airlock.

1x Ex rated ESD push button.

1x Ex rated Audible& Visual alarm.

HAVC

1 sets of split Air conditioning are specially customized for offshore operation to withstand the toughest weather conditions. The functions of the units are reduced to cooling only.

1x Temperature controller designed to control the cooling supply.

Air Conditioner: Referigent R410A, Indoor Unit 18000BTU 230V 60Hz, Outdoor Unit 230V 60Hz, Ex type.

1x Ventilation system, including an Ex-proof pressurized fan, air duct and adapter flange to connected fire damper.

2x A60 fire-rated and Ex-rated electric fire damper fixed in air inlet and outlet, frame material thickness 3mm with galvanized. Function of cut off the air supply and close the damper from CPFG control. Normal release temperatures of fuses included.

1x Pressure adjustment damper fixed at outlet, manual operation to maintain air pressure.

1x Pressure gauge to monitor and provide reading of internal pressure.

1x Pressure switch

1x Air flow switch.

Telecommunications

2x Ex P.A. speaker located in the main room, Speakers wired to Ex e junction box in the hook-up recess.

2x Ethernet ports（RJ45） above workbench.
