Winner Offshore Achieves Bulk Delivery of DNV 2.7-1 Offshore Waste Skips

Recently, Winner Offshore completed the delivery of 10 DNV 2.7-1 certified Offshore Waste Skips, which have been officially put into service in offshore wind power and oil & gas projects in Southeast Asia. These units provide an efficient solution for the standardized storage and transportation of waste in offshore operation areas.

Constructed with fully welded high-strength, corrosion-resistant steel, these waste skips feature a fully enclosed design on four sides with an open top. This design prevents waste from spilling during transit while facilitating quick and easy loading on-site. The frame has passed DNV 2.7-1 dynamic load and impact resistance tests and is equipped with standardized lifting points compatible with offshore platform cranes, improving loading and unloading efficiency by 35% compared to traditional waste skips.

Coated with a highly salt-spray-resistant anti-corrosion layer, the skips are built to withstand the harsh high-humidity and high-salt marine environment. Having obtained DNV on-site certification, Winner Offshore will further provide customized supply of this product for offshore engineering projects in Europe, the Middle East, and other regions, thereby strengthening its competitiveness in the field of offshore environmental protection equipment.
