Winner Offshore DNV 2.7-1 Explosion-Proof Pressurized Laboratory Empowers Safety Testing for Offshore Oil & Gas Fields

Winner Offshore’s DNV 2.7-1 certified Explosion-Proof Pressurized Laboratory has been delivered, providing a safe and compliant working space for offshore oil and gas exploration, drilling fluid analysis, and hazardous chemical testing.

Built on a standardized offshore container, the laboratory adopts a pressurized explosion-proof design, where the internal pressure is always higher than the external environment, effectively preventing the ingress of flammable gases. It is equipped with an explosion-proof electrical system and Class A fire-resistant panels, designed strictly in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 standards, enabling safe operation in Zone 1 hazardous areas. The interior integrates testing workstations, data acquisition terminals, and a fresh air system, meeting the requirements of precision experiments while ensuring the health of operators.

The cabin structure has passed dynamic load and impact resistance tests, suitable for lifting and stacking on offshore platforms.

At present, the laboratory has obtained DNV on-site certification, helping to improve the safety and efficiency of offshore energy exploration.
