The unit is integrally welded from thickened wear-resistant steel plates and manufactured in strict compliance with DNV 2.7-1 offshore standards, having passed dynamic lifting load and impact resistance tests. Equipped with a lift-up sealed top cover and locking mechanism, it effectively prevents mud leakage and odor dispersion during hoisting, eliminating risks of marine pollution. Reinforced ribs enhance structural strength and offer resistance against erosion from mud scouring. Coated with high salt-spray resistant blue anti-corrosion paint, it adapts to harsh offshore conditions featuring high salinity and humidity.
