The cargo basket is welded from thickened high-strength steel plates, and its overall structure has passed rigorous offshore tests including dynamic load and impact resistance in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 standards. It is innovatively equipped with a foldable side door ramp, enabling small equipment and wheeled tooling to be pushed and pulled directly in and out without auxiliary hoisting for unloading, which greatly simplifies handling procedures. Lockable door latches prevent accidental door opening during lifting operations.

Standard lifting structures are arranged at four corners, with forklift pockets reserved at the bottom to accommodate both crane hoisting and forklift transportation. The whole unit is coated with high salt-spray resistant blue anti-corrosion paint to resist erosion from high humidity and salt spray at sea.
