Winner Offshore Delivers DNV 2.7-1 Certified Bottle Racks

Winner Offshore's DNV 2.7-1 certified Bottle Racks have been delivered and deployed in offshore oil and gas projects in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, providing professional solutions for the safe storage and transportation of high-pressure gas cylinders offshore.

These bottle racks are fully welded with high-strength corrosion-resistant steel, equipped with adjustable lashing straps and anti-slip slots, effectively preventing collision and toppling during transportation. Designed in strict accordance with DNV 2.7-1 standards, the units have passed dynamic load, impact resistance and stacking stability tests, and are fitted with standardized lifting points compatible with offshore platform cranes.

The racks are coated with high salt-spray-resistant anti-corrosion paint to withstand the high-humidity and high-saline offshore environment.

Currently, this batch of bottle racks has obtained DNV on-site certification. Going forward, Winner Offshore will also provide customized supply for offshore projects in Europe and other regions, further strengthening its market competitiveness in the field of offshore safety equipment.
