The independently developed DNV 2.7-1 certified explosion-proof pressurized laboratory module by Winner Offshore has been officially put into operation in offshore oil and gas field projects in Southeast Asia, marking a technological breakthrough of domestic offshore engineering equipment in the field of on-site hazardous chemical detection.

Based on a standard container platform, this laboratory module integrates a positive pressure explosion-proof system, a pressure stability control unit and corrosion-resistant experimental benches. It maintains an internal micro-positive pressure environment of 50Pa, which can prevent the intrusion of external explosive gases. The core equipment adopts components with ATEX Zone 1 explosion-proof certification, combined with real-time oxygen concentration and combustible gas monitoring devices, enabling safe conduct of experiments such as crude oil sample composition analysis and corrosion rate testing in Zone 2 hazardous areas.

The laboratory is also equipped with a remote data transmission terminal, which can synchronize test results to the onshore control center and significantly shorten the analysis cycle. Currently, the module has passed the dual certification of DNV 2.7-1 structural strength and explosion-proof performance. It can withstand marine salt spray and level-8 wind and waves, providing critical technical support for the safe operation and maintenance of offshore oil and gas fields.
