Winner Offshore's DNV 2.7-1 Cargo Baskets Empower Efficient Offshore Material Transportation

Winner Offshore has completed the delivery of 20 DNV 2.7-1 certified offshore Cargo Baskets, which have been put into use in North Sea oil and gas field projects, providing a safe and reliable solution for the efficient transportation of scattered offshore materials and tools.

This series of Cargo Baskets is made of high weather resistance steel. Their frames undergo reinforced welding and stress relief treatment, and have passed DNV 2.7-1 dynamic load and impact resistance tests, with a rated load capacity of up to 5 tons, enabling stable hoisting in level-8 wind and wave conditions. The surface is coated with a highly salt-spray-resistant anti-corrosion layer, which can withstand severe offshore corrosive environments, with a designed service life of 15 years.

Equipped with standardized lifting points and lashing devices, the products can be seamlessly adapted to offshore platform cranes, improving loading and unloading efficiency by 40% compared with traditional cargo baskets. At present, this batch of cargo baskets has passed DNV on-site certification. In the follow-up, Winner Offshore will also provide bulk supply for offshore engineering projects in Europe, the Middle East and other regions, further consolidating its technological leading position in the field of offshore industrial equipment
