Winner Offshore's DNV 2.7-1 Certified Gas Racks Achieve Large-Scale Delivery

Recently, Winner Offshore has completed the bulk delivery of 10 DNV 2.7-1 certified offshore Gas Racks, which have officially been put into use in offshore oil and gas field projects across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions, providing professional solutions for the storage, transportation and safety management of gas cylinders in offshore operations.

Fabricated from high-strength corrosion-resistant steel with integral welding, the frame of this gas rack is reinforced and has passed DNV 2.7-1 dynamic load and impact resistance tests, enabling it to withstand hoisting and transportation under complex offshore working conditions. Equipped with anti-slip grid base plates and lockable protective doors, the product can secure 4 to 16 high-pressure gas cylinders simultaneously, effectively avoiding the risks of collision and falling of gas cylinders during transportation and storage.

Coated with a highly salt-spray-resistant anti-corrosion layer on the surface, it boasts a service life of more than 12 years in the high-humidity and high-salt offshore environment. At present, this gas rack has obtained DNV on-site certification. Going forward, Winner Offshore will also provide customized supply for offshore engineering projects in regions such as the North Sea in Europe, further strengthening its market competitiveness in the field of offshore industrial equipment.
