Winner Offshore's DNV 2.7-1 Chemical Tank Containers Achieve Large-Scale Application

Winner Offshore's chemical tank containers compliant with DNV 2.7-1 standards have been delivered in batches and put into operation in multiple offshore oil and gas field projects across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, providing safe and reliable technical solutions for the storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals at sea.

These tank containers are equipped with stainless steel inner liners and double-layer vacuum insulation structures, capable of withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations ranging from -40℃ to 60℃, and meeting the storage and transportation requirements of corrosive chemicals. Their external frames are made of high-strength steel resistant to salt spray corrosion, and have passed DNV 2.7-1 dynamic load tests, enabling stable lifting and stacking amid level-8 wind and waves.

In addition, the tank containers are integrated with real-time pressure monitoring and emergency shut-off systems.
