A 10ft DNV 2.7-1 offshore container is designed for harsh environments and offshore use, meeting the requirements of the DNV 2.7-1 standard. These containers have specific dimensions, weights, and other features, including forklift pockets and DNV certified slings. 

The container is to be designed and manufactured for the carriage of refrigerated (frozen, chilled) foodstuffs and general cargo by land (on road or rail) and by sea (above or bellow deck) throughout the world and will range from -30°C to +70°C without effect on the strength of basic structure. A mechanical refrigeration unit of a “one piece picture frame type” will be fitted to the front end frame. The container is designed with a refrigeration unit to maintain the inside space temperature at -25C° to +25C°

ISO TANK (tank container) is a stainless steel pressure vessel installed in a fastened external frame. The inner liner of the tank is mostly made of 316 stainless steel. Most tank containers have steam or electric heating devices, inert gas protection devices, pressure relief devices and other optional equipment required for fluid transportation and loading and unloading.

Offshore containers are specialized, robust shipping containers designed for transporting goods to and from offshore locations like oil rigs and wind farms. Offshore containers are transportation equipment used in the offshore oil platform environment, with a total weight generally less than 25 tons (as defined by DNV).
